Inside the app

Room and task names, intervals, estimates, completion/skip/snooze history, optional recorded durations, active sessions, saved budgets, appearance and schedule timezone are stored locally on your device. There is no account, developer backend, advertising, tracking or analytics SDK. The app does not send these records to the developer.

Backups and sharing

Device backups may include local app data according to your Apple/device settings; this is separate from developer-operated sync. Portable JSON backups contain all persisted app records and settings. Printable PDFs contain the selected room's tasks, estimates, intervals and latest completion, due and snooze dates. When you export or share, the destination and its privacy practices are your choice. No exported copy is sent to us automatically.

Notifications

Permission is requested only when you enable reminders. Local reminders use a generic message and are scheduled on your device. Denying permission leaves planning usable. No remote push-notification service is used.

Purchases, website and support

Apple handles the paid App Store download and its account/payment information. The app has no in-app purchases and never receives your payment-card information. Apple may provide its normal aggregate store reports to the developer.

This static website is hosted by Netlify, which processes ordinary request information such as IP address and browser metadata to deliver and secure the site. We add no analytics scripts, forms, third-party fonts or advertising cookies. If you email support, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to attach. Send only what is needed; support messages are used to handle your request.

Control and deletion

Use Settings to export a backup, remove the sample, or delete all local app data and the local recovery snapshot. Removing the app may erase its local data. Separately saved backups, shared PDFs and device backups are controlled outside the app. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence we hold, subject to any necessary retention obligations.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. This notice describes version 1.0.
